Unfortunately, there is no documentation for installing DevilLib yet since its DEVIL5's internal library that is still in development. However, you can check out the GitHub repository to see the latest code and documentation.

But, if you did want to try anyway, try downloading the dev branch of the repo and sticking that folder in your PROS code.
